ARABIC SPEAKING CALL CENTER AGENTS (Central Visayas)

Responsibilities:
• Preferably Female with sales and customer service experience
• With at least six (6) months call center experience
• Ability to maintain good customer relations, ability to multi-task and possesses an excellent customer-interaction skills
• Ability to comprehend. Excellent listening skills, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations, respond promptly, respond to requests for service/assistance
• Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands.
• Dependability; to follow instructions as well as take responsibility for their actions and also keep commitments
• Quality management- look for means of improving as well as promoting quality while maintaining target requirements
• High level of motivation
Middle East experience is an advantage
Conversant in modern standard Arabic and ability to read & write Arabic is a plus

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, any field.
- Required language(s): English, Arabic
