Established in 1990, CFG simply started as a small, 2-bay car accessories shop located along Banilad Road, Cebu city with only five store personnel including the store manager. Today, the main store continues to operate in Banilad Road but in different location and in a much bigger space and wider array of product selections and services ranging from car accessories to repair and maintenance services. CFG is now operating in seven strategic locations in metro Cebu and one provincial branch in Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

 
With car accessories and service center as core business, CFG expanded to wholesale and distribution of automotive products, Total fuel station operation, leasing and convenience store chain. Expansion is an ongoing initiative so that the management is in continuous sourcing of strategic locations for future car accessories shops and convenience store sites.
