About the Company

Delonix is a fast growing BPO and Outsourcing Recruitment Company, employing Filipino staff in one of our two offices, Cebu and Dumaguete. Having first started as an IT company in Australia back in 2002, Delonix expanded their operations to the Philippines in 2012 and now provide outsourced staff for many clients in Australia, the UK and USA.

Our staff report to work in a physical office, but receive their instructions and tasks directly from their assigned foreigner clients.

Delonix recruit staff for a variety of roles including:

Sales and Telemarketing

Bookkeeping and Accounting
Internet Marketing, including Social Media & Search Engine Optimization
Website Development and Maintenance
Graphic Design and Video Editing
2D and 3D Drafting
