ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
  • A graduate of any of the following courses:
    • Psychology
    • Business Administration
    • Human Resource Management
    • Social Work
  • Lives within the city area
Skills and Competencies
  • Can learn fast and strategize.
  • Can work and adjust well with different types of people.
  • Can organize and work systematically.
  • Has effective and highly professionalized communication skills.
  • Has a high level of honesty and trustworthiness.
  • Has strong leadership ability.
  • Background in basic bookkeeping and human resource management is a plus.
General Responsibilities
  • Supervise, maintain and monitor financial system.
  • Administer operational and client files and records.
  • Supervise client enrollments and scheduling.
  • Administer staff needs and concerns.
  • Facilitate communication process among staff and clients.
  • Manage filing, storage and security of documents.
  • Respond to client inquiries.
