Is currently looking for:
STORE SALES OPERATION MANAGER
This person will be primarily responsible for the overall management of the retail store operation with focus on the following core values: Sales Management, People Management, Customer Service/Complaints Handling, Merchandise Facts/Promotion/Dissemination, Inventory Management and Safety, Health, Cleanliness and Orderliness Management
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible in supervising floor sales and operations through the Team/Section Heads, Customer Service, Service Support Heads and Sales/Operations Supervisor.
Responsible for management of properties, products stored and displayed and the people belonged to the area assigned
Analyze sales records and trends to develop accurate sales forecasts and directions
Define and manage monthly annual sales objectives for the entire floor
Monitor sales performance per floor and sees to it that sales target is achieved
Implement sales strategy to establish customer retention and promote business growth
Create new businesses by establishing sales leads
Provides management with information necessary to the development and increase in sales of the store handled such as customer’s needs and preference, competitors’ information and growth and development in the area assigned
Provide leadership, motivation and assist in the performance reviews of sales personnel for high performance continuality
Conduct behavioral development intervention, coaching, counseling and mentoring of associates
Respond to customer inquiries and assists in handling escalated customer issues
Handle major customer complaints encountered at the floor assigned to proper action
Recommends security measures on the enforcement of security measures against employee pilferage, customer shoplifting and fire hazards.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or related courses and equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field required for this position
Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Sales Management preferably gained from Retail/General industry or equivalent
Preferably with good track sales record, good communication skills (oral and written), good customer service skills, negotiation and marketing skills, with common sense and of pleasing personality.
