We, Pistacia, Inc. are a Japanese company that provides IT and Japanese Language Education Services here in Davao city and at the same time, the sister company of Creative Connections and Commons (CCC). The company has been established in February 2015, and is engaged in the general business of providing business-auxiliary services as a medium of development of the business of the company, and providing educational services as may be permitted by law, such as but not limited to human resources development, consultation manners, materials creation, providing job information, organizing job fair events (but not job placement), foreign language translation, tutorials and trainings, and any other business related services.

Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Graduate of a 4-year College Degree
At least 1 year or more experience in the field or any related area
An organised approach and excellent time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work as part of a team
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Willing to work under pressure
Willing to work in Davao City
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Answer and direct phone calls
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Book travel arrangements, hotels, couriers, conference room
Provide general support to visitors
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Research and creates presentations
Handle multiple projects
Prepare and monitor invoices
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Take accurate minutes of meetings
Resolve administrative problems and develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Provide assistance to visitors and maintain polite and professional communication.
Undertake other duties such as work outdoors function.
