Job Summary
 
A Wellness & Recreation Manager is the key person in charge of the daily operations of the OIA Spa at Camp Netanya. The Goal is to provide the highest possible quality of Comfort, and Customer Service of all Spa Guests and to ensure the standard training of Therapists.

Responsible for managing operations of the recreation activities Pool & Beach areas, to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving the resort annual budget and driving their team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Company policy and procedures
  • All employee should follow corporate policy and operational manual
Reports to:
  • Regular reporting to the Operation Manager, General Manager and updates all Head of Departments on the Recreation and Spa’s activities and Developments.
Guest concerns
  • All reported guest concerns must be resolved within 24 hours. Issues that are not resolved within the time line should be explained and presented during the operations meeting. All concerns should be handled properly and timely.
  • Well-maintained positive guest relations at all times
  • Implement 24-hour answer back guarantee.
Wellness & Recreation staff concerns
  • A daily or a regular meeting should be scheduled to address Recreation concerns. The agenda should be mentioned daily on the G-Drive.
  • Prepare and implement training plans for staff improvement.
  • Cultivate teamwork and comaraderie among staff.
  • Evaluate regular, probationary and agency staff and review staff evaluations.
Submission of reports
  • Accomplishment of deliverables, reports, projects and task list.
  • Monitor daily and monthly schedule, training schedule of therapists.
  • Daily upkeep of the facility(linens, uniforms, set up, scents, aesthetics)
  • Care, Maintenance and Improvement of Existing Facilities, ( e.g. Sauna, Jacuzzi)
  • Coordination with Housekeeping and Engineering department on the need to improvements.
  • Implement and create new forms, waivers and notices.
  • Establish contacts and database of suppliers.
  • Monitor all financial goals activities of the Spa and
  • Reports must be complete with substantial information and must be submitted on time.
  • Monthly submission of budget review and accomplishment report to the board
  • Email maximum 24 hours any incident at site( incident report )
  • Achieved monthly financial goals set by the BOD
  • Achieved minimum operating standards and training set by the BOD
  • Incident Reports must be resolved within 24 hours
  • Daily guest concerns must be resolved within 24 hours
  • Flash report must be submitted daily via email
  • Accomplishment of goals given by board of director
  • Increase and improve digital ratings from Agoda, Booking .com, Trip advisor and other travel site service excellence within 5 months
  • Improve net income
  • Improve overall operational standard of the resort
  • Project Initiatives for recreation activities
G-Drive update and Official group chat
  • Employee must update all the G-Drive information as required daily.
  • Official group chat should be answered accurately and professionally.
  • Although it can take extra resources, time and money, good customer service leads to customer satisfaction, which can generate positive word of mouth for your business, keep customers happy and encourage them to come back in the resort.
Target Sales
  • Sales set forth by the Board of Directors must be achieved and surpassed monthly.
  • Initiate and Conceptualize Spa Promos.
  • Wellness & Recreation Manager should be able to monitor all financial activities of the recreation and spa. Whether it will be for the training costs, materials and facilities improvement. It is the goal of OIA to regulate all expenses while achieving the Spa's Maximum Profitability.
  • Creation of collaterals and marketing tools and activities. The Spa Menu must be Competitive and Up To Date. 
  • Develop Feasible Costings to achieve ideal Sales Achievement.
  • Submit Daily Sales Reports and other pertinent Documents.    
  • Coordinate with Accounting Department on all aspects of financials
