THE POSITION

HORECA Plus is looking for dynamic and driven persons who can grow with the company to fill-up the following positions:

AREAS
  • VISAYAS: SALES REPRESENTATIVE (CEBU CITY-BASED)
  • NORTHERN MINDANAO: SALES REPRESENTATIVE (CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY-BASED)
  • SOUTHERN MINDANAO: SALES REPRESENTATIVE (DAVAO CITY-BASED)
Job Summary:

Responsible for sales, promotions and services to new prospects and existing customers. Performs the duties and responsibilities of the position consistent with the mission and values of the company.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales target for each product
  • Responsible for product technical training and demonstration to customers
  • Plans and formulates different strategies for all brands under his/her scope and territory
  • Ensures effective field sales implementation of all projects relevant to different brands
  • Responsible for achieving collection target and maintaining quality of accounts receivable balance
Qualification & Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Nursing or any science related courses
  • At least with two (2) years sales experience
  • Sales driven and results oriented
  • Preferably knows how to drive 4-wheel vehicle
  • Familiarity with standard laboratory protocol is a plus
  • Able and willing to travel – domestic for customer visit and international for technical training
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
Generous compensation package with sales commission will be offered to the qualified applicants.
