Join our team as a PPC Specialist. We offer competitive packages based on the skills and experiences of the individual candidate.

Implementation and optimization of AdWords campaigns while at the same time, implementing conversion tracking.
Generating monthly PPC reports reporting on Client list, Core CTR, Budget target result (%), lead target result (%) and action plan.
Maintaining PPC budgets with the ability to hit 10% over or under the allocated PPC budget.
Effective time management - optimising the turnaround time for completion of client tasks.
Best practice - ensuring that your PPC practices are up-to-date and in line with best practices. Undertake continuous professional development and learning in the PPC and digital marketing areas.
CVR goals - maintain CVR goals for client campaign (not under 20%) of the previous month.
CPA goals - maintain CPA goals for client campaign (not over 20%) of the previous month.
Lead goals - maintain lead goals for a client campaign (not under 20%) of the previous month (except when budget changes).
Team management - ensuring the PPC team works in a collaborative manner. Encourage purposeful communication and teamwork to minimise team attrition rate (PPC Manager).
Professional development - ensure continued professional development and growth for team members. Providing feedback and organising training when required (PPC Manager).

Other roles and responsibilities:

Prepare and support media plan development and research.
Build new Adword accounts based on received brief within a 14-day turnaround period.
Ability to set-up Conversion tracking.
Ability to build and test Search campaigns via Google targeting.
Ability to build and test Remarketing campaigns on GDN and Facebook.
Ability to build and test Prospecting campaigns on GDN via contextual targeting.
Ability to build and test Video campaigns on GDN via contextual targeting.
Ability to build and test Shopping campaigns on Search via feed targeting.
Any other duties as directed.

Previous experience:

1-2+ years of relevant online marketing experience with a strong focus on SEM
Deep knowledge and understanding of global ad platforms (Google, Bing, etc.)
Experience in remarketing a strong plus
Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.) or other querying languages
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
Agile and able to adapt quickly, operating in a high growth business
A love of thinking outside the box and developing creative/innovative solutions
Ability to build effective relationships with individuals across all levels of an organisation
Adaptable and flexible in approach, can read situations and empathise as needed
Google Adwords Certified
Paid Social (Facebook/Twitter) & Youtube experience
Google Analytics Certified
Knowledge of bidding platforms
Analytical with an eye for insights
Agency experience would be ideal
Impeccable eye for detail
Ability to work autonomously as well as a team
Strong written & verbal communications skills

Education:

Advanced Adwords Certified or Google Analytics Certified, Knowledge or bidding platforms, knowledge of social media etc.
