The Senior Digital Operations Manager will oversee the operations of assigned clients and/or teams in accordance with Axadra's Core Values by providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers. This position is responsible for coaching and development of managers & teams to define & exceed goals, business processes and demonstrate innovation by enhancing or creating processes that will improve customer satisfaction; increase productivity and create a positive and fun working environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides exceptional customer service to all customers of the account
  • Oversees the day-to-day activities of 175 FTE Digital Operations Team to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded
  • Fosters a collaborative environment within the management and teams
  • Provides leadership, direction, support and career development to managers and their teams in a manner consistent with our Core Values and business objectives
  • Ensures Managers support their teams by training, motivating and coaching their leaders on the essential skills to ensure that each team member has the tools they need to succeed at their job
  • Manage and develop operational client relationships by conducting client review meetings and day-to-day liaison with key workstreams
  • Continually seeks opportunities to improve operations, including people, processes, and technologies
  • Continuously develops knowledge of products, processes, and trends to provide recommendations that improve customer experience, employee satisfaction, and account performance
  • Helps to develop, define and execute a culture that leverages rewards and recognition
  • Collaborates with Workforce Management to implement their recommendations for improving operational efficiencies
  • Collaborates with Human Resources, Managers and Team Leads to create and maintain a healthy culture of everyday leadership
  • Proven and demonstrable leadership, management and motivational skills
  • College degree required - advanced degree(s) or certification(s) preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years operations experience required, with at least 3 years at the manager level
  • At least 2 years directly managing manager-level employees preferred
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing; Google AdWords; Google Analytics; Web Development & Project Management is an advantage
  • Demonstrates an uncompromising level of honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior
  • Exudes the ability to inspire, motivate and influence others to achieve
  • Establishes a strong leadership presence within the department and the organization by being involved; demonstrating credibility; and building strong relationships with their direct reports, teams, and leaders
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication (written and verbal) with internal and external customers
  • Results-driven, action-oriented, and self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to quickly resolve problems
  • Experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to deal well with change and ambiguity
