For Manila Area
Technical Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for any IT related concern.
  • Conducts hardware and software repairs, installation and configuration. 
  • To provide basic Desktop, laptop, Server  and network support.
  • Installing and configuring new hardware and software
  • System Backup of Communication Manager, System Manager & Avaya CMS
  • Install, configure, administer Avaya, PBX and  voice logger system
  • To update customers of service restoration progress in response manner
  • To support resolution of work orders, resolve tickets and support  client calls
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP Networking and network troubleshooting
  • Knowledge in PABX System installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Preferably good in oral and written English communication
  • Self-driven and can work with less supervision.
  • Easy to learn and must have good attitude toward work.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply but  experience in software and hardware PC support is advantage.
  • Knowledge in Helpdesk and Desktop Management
