CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (COO)
 
Job Description:
  • Chief Operations Officer ( COO ) for boutique Asia regional PEO organization, doing labor dispatch and outsourced employment services around Asia for multinational clients.
  • Supporting British CEO to control diverse regional operations, manage outsourced payroll, visa and relocation services providers in 12 countries around Asia for US and European clients. Directly oversee operations, HR, and accounting,  business development and sales to achieve profit and growth targets.
  • Design and implement business and online marketing/business development strategies, plans and procedures
  • Manage multinational team working remotely around Asia to achieve maximum performance and dedication, and establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process, efficiency and service improvement
  • Participate in expansion activities (investment, service providers, corporate alliances etc.)
  • Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO
  • Monitor and evaluate performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and service providers globally
  • Synthesize information for reports to the CEO  and collaborate in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or role managing business functions such as HR, Finance, customer support, sales, marketing, vendor management etc.
  • Highly organized manager capable of broad range of operations as head of a small team, with strong leadership ability and hands-on approach.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development operations and regulatory issues
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving for existing and potential issues.
  • Business acumen to drive sustainable business growth
  • International business experience
  • Outstanding English communication skills
Preferred qualifications
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.  Understanding of labor dispatch, immigration, payroll and tax services an advantage.
Salary - $2000-$4000, with discretionary performance bonus.
