The Website/Social Media Administrator will be responsible for overall user support, data integrity, system administration and process maintenance of all web development, sales and marketing enablement tools including Social Media outreach campaigns using tools such as HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing Hub. This person will also work closely with various departments to identify, develop and deploy new business strategies and scalable processes to support our continued growth. The individual will be expected to bring fresh ideas and prior experience in reaching large audiences with a marketing message, focused on driving customers to take action to engage.

Responsibilities
  • Provides social media outreach campaign strategy and tactical execution
  • Provides daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and reports relative to marketing reach and engagement successes
  • Provides day-to-day end-user support including implementation, configuration and management services for HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
  • Facilitate end-user adoption, system administration, data integrity, and reporting for all sales and marketing enablement tools. Also integral for the development and proliferation of such tools.
  • Support organizational growth goals by increasing efficiencies and optimizing for productivity by developing a solid understanding of sales-specific business processes.
  • Assist cross-functional teams and internal resources to define process requirements and change requests related to the sales processes.
  • Oversees data integrity within HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub through data import management, system integrations, data auditing, cleanup and workflow management with a focus on sustainable, scalable processes.
  • Primary contact for all HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub/Mode Analytics reporting requests including creation and support of all metrics.
  • Acts as the primary administrator of a corporate website
  • Maintain all system documentation.
  • Develop department/role-specific Dashboards, Reports, Contact Lists, Notifications, and other routine tasks to support Sales Leadership in maintaining consistent team oversight.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience and success in social media marketing campaign setup and oversight
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business or Marketing Operations, or similar role
  • 2+ years of experience as a HubSpot CRM Marketing Hub Administrator required
  • Experience supporting a team of sales professionals
  • Experience developing/administering websites
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify actionable insights through data analysis to support data-driven business decisions
  • Proven experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
  • Superb time management, prioritization of tasks and ability to meet deadlines independently
  • Highly self-motivated and dependable
  • Take initiative: Identify opportunities for improvement and take them to the next level without being told
  • A positive attitude in everything you do.
