Business Excellence Associate Manager
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
  • Post graduate or MBA is an advantage
  • Six Sigma green belt trained
  • Preferably trained in Six Sigma black belt
  • Must have at least 2 years industry experience
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in client and project management
Responsibilities:
  • Improve project processes on cost, quality and client value
  • Oversee the design, development of quality related initiatives and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives
  • Interact with client/internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives
  • Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to enhance value to clients
  • Lead global projects in BE
  • Work with Service Delivery Leads/Functional Leads to optimize the quality of the assigned projects by recognizing, enhancing and sharing quality best practice
