Southern Unicoast Innoventure Corporation is a growing distributor of canned tuna meals based in Mandaue City, Cebu. We are seeking motivated individuals for below positions, preferably with experience in food sales in wholesale/modern retail to grow the business and expand new customer base in the communities we choose to be in.

You will also get exposure to different parts of the business operations and working with well-established distributors and very experienced MNC consultants, which deepens your Sales skillsets.
As Distributor Sales Specialist you:
  • Are in charge of growing business of your assigned territory. You will need to meet volume & leadership in-store short-term and long-term targets.
  • Will also need to influence customer's decisions in critical business areas by using product ranging, shelving, pricing and promotion strategies, based on research that gives insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior
  • Will develop and monitor new business opportunities. This includes but is not limited to contacting new customers, preparing orders and managing customer concerns
  • Will work directly with the company executives and multi-functional team for the right go-to market strategies to grow business exponentially
  • Are responsible in aligning distributors, distributor sales personnel (DSP) and distributor top accounts with company plans and directions in optimizing volume, reach, productivity, product distribution, merchandising, availability and pricing
  • Ensure that all distributor orders are paid on time and in like manner, company commitments to its distributors are delivered on time and that all company investments to the distributors are efficiently and effectively leveraged
  • Deal professionally on the phone and in person with customers, vendors and fellow employees. Cooperate with other members of the team to ensure the customer receives an excellent level of service
  • Perform other related tasks/projects as the need arises and as the company grows
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in any Business/Marketing course or its equivalent
  • At least 3 years Sales Experience in FMCG Industry with an existing customer base is strongly preferred
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Team player
  • Willing to do field work and open to be assigned in Samar, Leyte.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Must know how to drive with Valid Driver's License
