A leading Mobile App from the Health Tech industry is looking for candidates with excellent technical and interpersonal skills for a Technical Support position.
 
Technical Support Officer Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology- Must (do not apply if you don't have).
  • Prior experience in tech support, mobile support, or a similar role-  Must (do not apply if you don't have).
  • Experience with iOS/Android/Android SDK Development/Support- Must (do not apply if you don't have).
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
The Technical Support Officers troubleshoot technical issues, support the roll-out of new mobile applications and mobile sdk, among other duties. Moreover, the Technical Support Officers will talk with customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.
 
Technical Support Officer Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults by finding a work around
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Taking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Following up with customers to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Submitting tickets to dev team and using a ticketing system
  • Supporting the roll-out of new mobile sdk
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.
  • Testing new features and customer's scenarios.
