We are currently looking for:
  • Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
  • Identify training and development opportunities.
  • Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
  • Provide and assist in developing human resource plans.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for employee's.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
  • Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of service.
  • Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
  • Provide notices and advertisements for vacant positions.
  • Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and council on human resource and work related issues.
  • Develop and implement a human resource plan and personnel management policies and procedures.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree Holder, preferably BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • Masters Degree Holder has an advantage
  • At least 1-2 years experience in handling overall HR functions in a corporate organization (manufacturing, retail, hospitality industry)
  • Has hands-on exposure in recruitment, training and employee discipline
  • High maturity level and can deal with different levels of people
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Dynamic with high work ethics
  • Interested to grow in the HR career
  • Wiling to be assigned in Davao City, Digos, Polomolok and Koronadal
