Job Outline:
To be successful in this role you will have a strong desire to over-achieve while providing development and guidance to the Team. You will be a person with high energy and integrity and can effectively multi-task with a strong ability to creatively problem-solve.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Excellent written and verbal comprehension of the English language
  • Provide insights and guidance to transform and enhance the end-to-end customer experience
  • Leading, coaching and developing the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences
  • Developing and managing service targets and KPIs
  • Handle escalated customer requirements
  • Must be comfortable speaking to customers to resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Act as a liaison point with the clients where required
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement and innovative solutions
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and respectful manner
  • Coaching and mentoring the team on the sales process and customer experience
  • Responsible for building and growing our Again Faster community through refining the customer experience
  • Setting & monitoring team targets and KPI’s
  • Responsible for the day to day operation of our Ecommerce Online store
  • Support promotional campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team – coordinating in-store and online promotions
  • Weekly email updates, fortnightly team meeting, and monthly reporting
  • Conducting monthly 1 on 1’s and providing feedback to the team
  • Provide training on software programs such as Neto, Google, Excel, etc
  • Building our current database and identifying opportunities for growth through data analysis
About You
  • A people-focused leader who takes pride in developing the team
  • Having an immaculate and sophisticated presentation is a must
  • Strong experience in management through building meaningful relationships
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
  • Extensive experience in understanding the customer journey and sales process
  • A passion for superior customer service coupled with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized individual with exceptional time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems such as Excel would be advantageous
  • A self-starter who can work both autonomously and also as a team player when required
  • Superior customer relationship skills and understanding consumer behavior towards buying
  • An understanding of e-commerce platforms would be advantageous
