COPYWRITER / ADMINISTRATOR

About the Role:

We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and experienced marketing copywriter to join our team to create extraordinary pieces of content, such as blog posts, articles, and newsletters for a range of publications, campaigns, and communications, that deliver our messages in a compelling and authentic way.

Your duties will include:
  • Write, proof-read and edit copy during project phases
  • Conduct high-quality research
  • Collaborate with team members to develop creative content
  • Update and amend the content in accordance with feedback
  • Source images and other contents
  • Approach work with a customer-centric attitude
  • Administrator tasks include:
    • Data entry and collation of client data
    • Drafting visa application forms and emails
    • Collating and preparing visa applications for lodgement
    • Legal research
    • General office and administrative duties.
About You:
  • We are seeking an individual with a combination of the following skills and experience:
    • Strong interpersonal skills within a client relationship context.
    • Excellent creative writing, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
    • Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
    • Ability to adapt content to target audiences in a creative and informative way.
    • Hands-on experience with photoshop and graphic tools such as Dolby, Adobe, and Canva.
    • Positive “can-do” attitude and open to constructive feedback.
    • Good understanding of marketing principles and digital/online marketing campaigns.
    • Previous experience as a marketing copywriter, content writer, marketer, journalist, or similar roles is highly regarded.
