One of our Client iSuporta is looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our team. Must have prior customer service experience relating to ecommerce and technical issues. Online Customer Support Representative (Full Time, temporary work from home)
Schedule: Night Shift
  • Minimum of one (1) year Customer Service Representative Experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience in audio and video editing.
  • Knowledgeable with image editing and manipulations.
  • Familiar with HTML tags.
  • Prior experience at a media company or an eCommerce website a major plus.
  • Order status, Credit call billing and recurring payments.
  • Troubleshooting streaming audio, video and podcasting.
  • Login, password and other account access issues.
  • Customer Support via email, telephone & chat.
  • Order management, processing and light inventory management.
  • Various duties including compiling reports and one-off projects.
