  • The compensation package is inclusive of incentives and allowances. The basic salary varies depending on your assessment.
  • Enhanced Community Quarantine is in full effect in Cebu City thus we are implementing a temporary work-at-home set up on selected accounts. With this, we will only be able to process applications coming from Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Lapu-Lapu City. As soon as ECQ is lifted, all operations will resume onsite.
Is currently looking for
Account Manager for Pioneer Telco Account
  • University degree or the equivalent
  • 2-3 years related experience in the Call Center industry
  • Previous Product and Client responsibility
  • Minimum of two years previous people management experience
  • Experience in working with people on different levels
  • Experience of negotiation and diplomacy
  • Experience in managing a budget and the ability to analyze statistical information
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and word processing software
