We are seeking an experienced, highly knowledgeable Dynamics 365 Administrator who will champion this area of our client’s business,

About the role
The Dynamics 365 Administrator is in charge of building, configuring, and customising Dynamics via the user interface. You will also need to build and maintain Views, Dashboards, Reports, and Processes for the various stakeholders.

This position is responsible for documenting business processes and workflows, maintaining the lead
database, importing Excel lists to Dynamics, and building campaigns for sales activity. You would also be seeking to automate workflows where possible using Flow/PowerAutomate. This is a stand-alone role requiring a high level of collaboration and interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

What should you bring to the table?

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or similar is an advantage but not required
At least 2 years experience in any programming language
Experience with Dynamics 365 is required (Cases)
Experience with Flow or PowerAutomate
Experience with ClickDimensions is nice to have but not required (training can be provided)
Experience with PowerApps highly desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in communicating with clients
