MVP.dev, a leader in bleeding edge no-code and low-code solutions, is building the next big tech idea and needs a high-performing Sales and Marketing Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.  Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers.
 
You are also to oversee the company’s advertising activities and direct staff members as they develop creative, consistent brand-specific and campaigns. You play an integral role in supervising and working with clients and other employees in establishing project goals, monitoring and evaluating a project’s status and impact.

This position is full time, remote during quarantine, then at our office near SM Cebu City once it's safe to return to work.

Responsibilities
 
Sales Related
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Build a sales team, and consistently mentor and train subordinate sales team members.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Direct and coordinate activities involving of our services.
  • Implement, oversee, and measure the results for marketing campaigns.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
  • Assess marketing potential of new and existing services and products, considering statistics and expenditures.
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Marketing Related
 
Operations:
  • Build and manage advertising department operations and staff members.
  • Developing advertising strategies to increase buyer interest in products or services.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Working with staff members, clients or an ad agency to establish and enforce budgets and timelines to meet project goals.
  • Negotiating contracts specifications and terms with clients or other external parties.
  • Initiating and directing research efforts.
Monitoring: Monitor project progress from planning to execution to ensure it remains focused and evaluate its effectiveness.
 
Qualifications
 
Essential
  • 10+ years of sales and marketing experience
  • 4+ years of leadership and team management
  • Ambitious with the drive and commitment to succeed.
  • Highly motivated and focused.
  • In depth knowledge of HubSpot, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and similar marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to identify new marketing opportunities to bring in leads to fill the sales funnel.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.                                                   
Desirable
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous marketing experience.
