What you’ll be doing
  • Organise Directors Email and Calendar.
  • Manage Open for Inspection times and match to calendars.
  • Process and prepare Marketing Appraisal.
  • Generate reports needed for appraisal.
  • Manage Files in the cloud system.
  • Set-up File.
  • Contact Supplier.
  • Coordinate with vendor and agent for image selection.
  • Coordinate with vendor and agent for the campaign artwork approval.
  • Reply to an email inquiry.
  • Generate and send-off standard letters to prospective vendors, vendors, and purchasers.
  • Manage agent's contact information on CRM.
