Job Description
We are looking for a talented Online Marketing / Digital Advertising specialist to join our growing marketing department in Cebu. 
You will be responsible for the planning, development, execution and optimization of advertising campaigns for our premium clients.
Ideally, you should possess solid knowledge of how modern marketing works, and most importantly, desire to become the best online marketer in Cebu.

Even Though you will undergo in-depth training from the start, you must have the following:
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing’s main metrics (clicks, impressions, ctr, cpc, cpa, conversion rate, etc.)
  • Knowledge on how the modern digital marketing works (lead magnets, landing pages, drip marketing, funnel strategies)
  • Experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Proven record of successful advertising campaigns execution
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Google Certificates are a big advantage
  • Develop and create advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads
  • Optimize and improve campaign’s main metrics - CPL, CPA, CPS, eCPC, etc.
  • Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Use Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
