Allianz International Machinery and Trading Corp., is a Philippine corporation focused on sales, rental and service of China’s biggest manufacturing of quality heavy equipment vehicles reinforcing current demands of construction and infrastructure projects in the Philippines.
 
We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you will contribute in making the company a better place to work.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related course
  • Preferably with an HR Generalist experience and progressive leadership experience in various HR functions
  • With a strong background in Employee Relations, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits
  • Has a working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and its allied laws, rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Has the initiative in making the judgment in varying situations
  • Highly analytical and must be results oriented with a strong foundation of integrity
  • With excellent people management skills and able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Must be proactive, dependable and responsible
  • WILLING TO ASSIGNED IN COMPOSTELA, CEBU.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Handles all government mandated benefits of employees such as SSS, HDMF, PHIC & TIN
  • Prepares and drafts necessary documents needed in conducting an administrative investigation to allegedly erring employee and ensures fair and proper handling of administrative and disciplinary cases
  • Prepares reports on administrative cases and disciplinary cases on a monthly basis.
  • Disseminates memorandum, notices, policies and circular on a timely manner.
  • Maintains a systematic, accurate and complete records/files and ensures confidentiality of information
  • Document employee activities such as but not limited to, performance reports, attendance, grievances and other employee related documents
  • Other tasks that may be assigned related to the job as HR Generalist.
