ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
 
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Assist HR specialist in carrying out tasks related to Employee Benefits Administration, and HR Record Maintenance;
  • Support the HR personnel in preparing materials needed and in conducting trainings, seminar-workshops, teambuildings and other related activities;
  • Take charge of other miscellaneous adiministrative tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration. or any field related.
  • Work experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • Must willing to do field work and process government benefits.
  • Well-versed with computer (MS Offices).
  • Has strong work ethics and discretion, analytically-inclined, and detail-oriented.
