Is currently looking for:
Job Summary:
The Purchasing Staff sees that the company has sufficient supply of materials it needs to operate; and provide an effective procurement of materials, supplies and services at the most economical cost and consistent with quality and delivery requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Organizes and maintains retention files for a required period of time
  • Filing of documents/forms related to purchasing
  • Ensures the on-time purchases of materials
  • Processing of purchase orders to approved external suppliers
  • Follow-up purchases made and delivery schedules of purchased items
  • Canvass materials before purchasing
  • Maintains inventory records of plant tools and supplies
  • Monitors all supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries of all products
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information with confidentiality
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Any other work assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualification Requirements:
  • A graduate of any Business-related courses.
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in the same capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications especially Excel and Word.
  • Above average negotiation and communication skills.
  • Flexible in working with different types of people in the organization.
  • Keen to details and good organizational skill.
