What is your mission?
As a People Relations Officer, you are required to perform the following functions:
Employee Grievance and Disciplinary Measures 
  • Monitor implementation of employee disciplinary measures and ensure fair and consistent reinforcement in accordance with labor laws 
  • Investigate administrative cfaases and conduct administrative hearings and employee counselling 
  • Support the management team in resolving employee issues and provide guidance in ensuring proper and timely implementation of disciplinary measures 
  • Interpret policies and recommend procedures for company policy and disciplinary measures in compliance with labor laws 
  • Accountable for full compliance including preparation of legal documents in relation to employment and disciplinary procedures such as termination, suspension, performance management process, etc. 
  • Track, organize and review records, reports and documentation of all grievance and disciplinary measures 
  • Conduct surveys and exit interviews to identify problems and proper solutions 
Company Policies 
  • Write/Revise company policies, contracts, code of conduct and other legal documents 
  • Implement company policies and ensure all employees are compliant 
Records and Reporting 
  • Prepare monthly employee relations related reports as required 
  • Conduct company orientation 
  • Facilitate Focus Group Discussions 
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information 
  • Respond to employee queries and concerns 
  • Complete tasks delegated/assigned by the Senior Human Resources Manager
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Education and Experience 
  • College Graduate with a Degree in Psychology or any Legal Course 
  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience as Employee Relations Lead in the call center industry
