ASSISTANT HR MANAGER
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maximize workforce capability, manage end to end employee lifecycle, support day-to-day HR Operations as well as proactively engage in process improvement.
  • Works collaboratively with the HR Manager to map-out and implement a comprehensive and sustainable development program that cultivates an organizational climate of inclusion and respect on our diverse workforce.
  • Facilitate end to end HR needs pertaining to Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Succession Planning and Skills Assessment.
  • Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues.
  • Proactive inputs to HR verticals on benchmarking requirements seeking internal as well as external market “best practice” opportunities that will enhance engagement.
Qualifications:
  • A BS degree holder preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • With at least 5 years HR work experience
  • With 3-year experience as an HR Supervisor or Officer
  • Has a working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and its allied laws, rules and regulations.
  • With excellent people management skills and able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Must be proactive, dependable and responsible
  • Has the ability to work independently or with a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Must be amenable to work on permanent night shift
