Is currently looking for:
  • Plan and coordinate with Shift Leaders and Department Heads to achieve the following company objectives:
    • Produce the correct requirements and specifications required from customers.
    • To avoid overstocking or under-stocking of product supply.
    • Improve systems and process flow that would result to production efficiency, quality products, and lower reject rate which will result in lower product costing.
    • Develop time and motion studies for each production process, which will help determine the number of employees in our organization.
    • Plan and coordinate with R&D Department Head when there is a need to schedule/innovate/improve/ machine parts, machine design, machine maintenance schedules to avoid production downtime and improve production efficiency, quality, reject rate;
    • Develop proper standard guidelines and procedures that align with the company’s objectives for each production process;
    • Create backup plans with shift leaders when there is a lack of manpower on certain shifts or in different departments due to tardiness, employee leave/absences, holidays, machine troubles/shutdown, etc. which results to output inefficiency, high reject rate, machine shutdown/downtime;
    • Organize production area (working place, processing area, and other involve department).
    • Implement production quota systems to ensure consistent productivity.
  • Develop quality standards for all products;
  • Enhance Quality Assurance (QA) personnel through standard training programs;
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) officers to ensure all products pass company’s standards;
  • Supervise all QA personnel to ensure that quality checking and reports have been performed;
  • Ensure proper stocking and storing of raw materials and finished products to avoid losses, damages, or any inconvenience that may affect the quality of products;
  • Meet with shift leaders, coordinators, and other concerned personnel on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis about quality, productivity, and reject issues;
  • Compile the minutes of the meetings conducted for future reference and discussions;
  • Collect complete data on the running parameters of each machine, which will be filed through soft and hard copy; create standards for die molds, gears, etc. used in every product size through chart tables.
  • Implement the Company’s Health and Safety Policy to ensure safe working conditions and practices that protect the welfare of the employees in the organization;
  • Provide assistance to Health and Safety Officers in implementing policies;
  • Carry out Health and Safety audits and inspections as required;
  • Record and report findings and follow up with necessary corrective actions with the concerned department;
  • Ensure that high standard general housekeeping (5S) is maintained on a ‘clean-as-you-go’ (CAYGO) basis;
  • Ensure proper turnover of work and checklist of machinery and equipment are done by the employees before and after use.
  • Oversee all duties and responsibilities to achieve effective supervision, training & development, health & safety, and welfare of all employees under his/her department;
  • Provide strong leadership, direction, cooperation, teamwork, and mentoring thereby having a sustainable operation;
  • Ensure proper compliance of all company rules & regulations, guidelines & procedures, and system processes to employees;
  • Coordinate with HR for the training and development of employees to maximize their skills, knowledge, potential, and wellbeing;
  • Implement training programs to enhance the skills of the people in the organization;
  • Provide timely, relevant, and constructive feedback for the effectiveness of the employees’ performance;
  • Constantly monitor key personnel to ensure their excellent performance;
  • Check and monitor shift leaders’ daily outputs and reports to verify its authenticity and accuracy.
  • Directly report to general manager;
  • Compile and create weekly/monthly progress reports (necessary data, feedbacks, update for every developments, or issues) on day to day transactions to be provided to the general manager;
  • Ensure that weekly meetings are held to encourage effective communication;
  • Make sure that the tasks assigned to shift leaders and department head are properly done and instructions are properly implemented;
  • Monitor shift on their duties and responsibilities.
