Description of Role
  • The individual will liaise and engage with Beelivery’s external strategic marketing and PR agencies to ensure consistent messages are delivered to target audiences. 
  • Key objective is to increase brand awareness, leading to increased website and App traffic, resulting in increased number and value of orders.
  • The role has broad responsibilities for content creation, promotion & communication with Beelivery’s customers, drivers, and general audiences through digital channels.
  • The individual will be heavily involved in a wide range of digital areas including supporting brand awareness and positioning, SEO, content creation and will also manage campaigns. 
  • The role will propose and agree campaigns with senior management, identify through market research the most effective digital channel to reach respective target audience segments.
  • Actively engage with cross functional teams to support the business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the achievement of the company objectives by providing leading edge digital marketing content. 
  • Produce a digital marketing plan with KPIs.
  • Identify and develop the most effective digital channels to achieve Beelivery’s objectives.
  • Use market research to inform content development and channel selection. 
  • Manage own workload and take responsibility for ongoing training & development of social media engagement for customer service team members.
  • Support CS Team to achieve objectives for social media KPIs. 
  • Support development of our Driver community to engage in social media activity. 
  • Review reports and analyse projections identifying areas for continuous improvement of digital marketing against budgeted costs and overheads against actual figures. 
  • Participate in daily, weekly and monthly video meetings with management to discuss the budgetary position and agree action plans where required, monitor and follow up.
  • Support CS Team to achieve objectives for customer service metrics, receipts, tickets and calls. 
  • Any other duties as considered necessary as directed by the management team.
Skills / Attributes Required - ESSENTIAL
  • Must have at least 1 to 5 years of related experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Customer focus – helpful and enthusiastic.
  • Digital marketing & social media content creation, campaign creation & delivery.
  • Problem solving orientation.
  • Excellent telephone manner, courteous and empathetic.
  • Experience of working in customer service, ideally in online retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills with the ability to work with and influence others within a culture of Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong IT skills including experience of web-based retail systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams.
  • Will go beyond the call of duty.
  • Own a computer with a high-speed internet connection.
