Job Qualifications: 
  • Graduate of BS Psychology or any equivalent course 
  • 2-3 years experience in the same position 
  • Experience in BPO volume hiring is preferred
  • Has strong decision making and team management skills 
  • Has knowledge on sourcing/ marketing channels
  • Must be reliable and detail oriented  
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Manages and supports daily operations of recruitment team. 
  • Plans, directs and manages recruitment in general from sourcing, processing and recommending applicants to positions they are qualified for
  • Coordinates with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. Plots the manpower requests according to the ramp and attrition plan of each campaign. 
  • Forecasts recruitment budget and make sure that all recruitment related expenses are presented to management for approval.
  • Generally responsible for implementing and developing recruitment selection process and practices
  • Updates recruitment policies and procedures to ensure that quality recruiting is maintained 
  • Develop, update and implement recruitment documents or recruitment forms necessary for each recruitment selection process.
  • Creation of Recruitment Reports and delegation of tasks to Recruitment team.
  • Coordinating with Branding and Marketing for recruitment activities and initiatives planning and implementing.
  • Conducting in depth interviews for Senior Managerial and Managerial positions before endorsing to the hiring department. 
  • Performs other tasks assigned.
