Primarily this role will manage the recruitment and selection functions and work closely with the HR  Manager for client’s recruitment needs.  
Duties And Responsiblities: 
  • The main duties and responsibilities will include the following: 
    • Main responsibility is to assist the client in terms of recruitment and selection needs and create a talent database. 
    • Manage recruitment database and implement strategies to ensure correct records for staffing needs. Observe recruitment and selection strategies and ensure requisite inflow of applications to achieve targets. Post job advertisements through job websites and other avenues as required. 
    • Maintain an extensive and effective candidate network. 
    • Conduct initial screening based on pre-defined criteria via phone calls, and video interviews. Conduct external searches of applicants through strategic sourcing (LinkedIn, Seek, job board utilization) Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client and applicant 
    • Providing updates to HR Manager/Team Leader on priorities and status of tasks. 
Key Selection Criteria:  
  • To be successful in this role it is essential you have: 
    • Bachelor’s/College Degree preferably in Psychology and or Human Resource Management
    • BPO experience in HR screening & recruitment is an advantage  
    • Has a high-level understanding on HR Recruitment systems and procedures  
    • Ability to build client and applicant relationships 
    • Experience dealing with foreign clients preferred (but not essential)
    • Highest standard of English skills both written and verbal. 
    • Excellent attention to detail to detect errors and ensure accuracy 
    • Must display high level of initiative and be a quick learner and self-motivated
