What is your mission?
 
You are required to perform these job functions:
 
Reception Duties
  • Answer phones and route calls to specific people or department
  • Assist and answer inquiries about the company.
  • Take and relay messages
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
  • Assist in client visit preparations
  • Assist office activities and events
  • Arrange documents/mails for transmittal and keep track of the receipts for reporting purposes
  • Collect and distribute parcels and other mail
  • Hand out employee applications and endorse the TA team
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and in proper order always
Reservation Duties
  • Arrange appointments and reservations as required
  • Coordinate travel request (local transport, travel insurance and hotel/listing reservation)
Admin Duties
  • Receive and transmit billings to proper recipients
  • Handle checks for pickup, assist in securing OR and transmit to Finance
  • Main POC for issuance of lanyard, access badge and ID and keep track for reporting purposes
  • Send email and answer to queries related to scope
  • Manage housekeeping and security schedule on-site
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
  • May be assigned with other admin task as required
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
Who are we looking for?
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
