Is currently looking for:
  • Graduate of any 4-year college course
  • Computer literate: proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel and must know how to use Google to retrieve information
  • Should be able to operate office machinery efficiently: scanning, photocopying, faxing, backing up data, saving files to USB
  • IT background knowledge is a plus
  • With driver’s license is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities 1:
  • Minor canvassing of suppliers and items
  • Filing and organizing all documents
  • Making and answering phone calls
  • Writing corporate correspondence and company memos
  • Petty cash disbursement and minor payment releasing
  • Coordinating and relaying tasks between operations and admin
  • Assist in payroll and monitoring of employee attendance, leave credits and loans
  • Check attendance & plot tardies/absences/OT/leave
  • Monitor & update leave credits, hdmf/sss loans, CA ledgers
  • Handling communications and collecting required documentation with suppliers and tenants
  • Request & follow up quarterly BIR 2307
  • Fieldwork and submission of documents to government agencies, suppliers, etc.
  • Creating, updating and monitoring consumption usage data and other reports in Excel
  • In charge of backing up all computer data
  • Other tasks as instructed by management
Duties & Responsibilities 2:
  • Coordinate item delivery/pick up with suppliers and company purchaser
  • Coordinate item exchange or return with suppliers
  • Transmit credit memos from suppliers to accounting officer
  • Receive all items from suppliers
  • Encode all receiving reports into computer systems
  • Assess old parts as to damage and issue replacement parts requested by shop
  • Collect all worn out parts
  • Encode request for issuance into computer systems
  • Encode in and out inventory transactions into computer systems
  • Monitor stock levels
  • Organize and maintain physical parts inventory and mechanic tools inventory
  • Generate inventory reports for spare parts, tools and LPG
  • Monitor vehicle repair and maintenance service to keep schedule
  • Track and maintain ledger for transfer of reusable parts
  • Make repairs log schedule and encode it into system
  • Act as back up radio operator
  • Act as back up driver or messenger for fieldwork
