You will be responsible and accountable for all the yummy and delicious pastries that will come out of the pastry kitchen. You will assist the Pastry Chef to provide honest and timely feedback on staff performance through periodical performance evaluations, research and development of new products.
If you’re the right person for this position, you must be hardworking, loyal, and honest. You should have at least 5 years experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a pastry kitchen of a 4 or 5-star hotel. You must be disciplined with a keen eye for detail when it comes to organization, cleanliness, and of course, quality.
