QMS ASSISTANT

DEPARTMENT: Quality Assurance Department

LOCATION: Cebu

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Competency Profile:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in B.S Chemistry / BS Food Technology /BS Bio or equivalent
    • Experience in ISO, HACCP, GMP documentation is an advantage
    • MS Office Proficient
    • Can work with minimal supervision
    • Strong Leadership skills
    • Good interpersonal skills and can work effectively with people of different levels
    • Good communication skills
    • Has Technical writing skills
WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a Dairy or Beverage Manufacturing Industries.
  • Knowledgeable in GMP/SSOP, HACCP and Food Safety
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assists in reviewing procedural systems that follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP and Quality Management Systems
  • Keeps records and documents updated and relevant to current GMP practices, quality management systems standards, and needs of the company
  • Responsible for the management and control of all food safety and quality-related documents data record
  • Any other related task deemed necessary.
