We’re hiring for Corporate Trainers to join our fantastic team in CEBU and/or DUMAGUETE- yes, we are looking to hire one Corporate Trainer for each site! This is for a DAYSHIFT Australian account - Saturdays and Sundays off.
We are in need of Corporate Trainers who will be responsible for planning and implementing training programs and curriculum for new hires to uphold a consistent standard of service and quality. The successful candidates will also be tasked to align the curriculum with organizational business goals for training and development.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Plan and implement effective training programs and curriculum for new hires to uphold a consistent standard of service and quality which covers but is not limited to:
  • Company Policies and Orientation
  • Account-Specific Purposes, Regulations and Systems
  • Language and Communication Skills
  • Foundation Skills for Company and Client Culture
  • Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures
  • Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training modalities
  • Implement strict adherence to the employee handbook and Training policies
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training
  • Review employee performance and learning
  • Facilitate refresher courses to review important steps in the process and maintain quality of service
  • Coordinate and monitor schedules, costs, and equipment
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Support and partner with Operations to transition new hires from training to the production environment, ensuring competency levels meet business needs
  • Ensure effective and consistent communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups. Including day-to-day interaction with clients
  • Participate and contribute to a continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on change management, product & services releases, policies, processes, and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer
  • Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Preferably has experience in Training in a BPO company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management as well as with clients
  • Impressive presentation skills
  • Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
