HR AND ADMINISTRATION HEAD
 
Department: HR and Administration
 
Reports to: General Manager
   
Supervises: HR and Administration Personnel
    
Coordinates with: All Department Heads 
 
Job Summary:
 
Manages and directs all functions and activities of the Human Resources and Administrations program of the company; supervises the implementation of the HRAD programs and ensures that they are in conformity with the Vision, Mission and Goals of the company.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Human Resource Management:
  • Develops short and long range plans for the human resource program and recommends to the management, personnel policies and procedures relating to the human resources management system of the company;
  • Supervises the accurate and timely completion of both routine and non-routine office functions and delegates tasks to support personnel when necessary;
  • Monitors the effectiveness of the HRAD programs and recommends modifications of the personnel policies and procedures when necessary;
  • Provides advice and assistance to Department Heads and office supervisors on issues relating to the human resource management;
  • Provides leadership, goals, time tables and other data essential to implement, administer and evaluate the HRAD action plan;
  • Plans and coordinates with the management regarding the annual activities for employees such as Summer Outing, Team Building and Christmas Party and oversee the implementation of the same;
  • Represents the management in important investigation for employees’ disciplinary action, grievance resolution and hearings;
  • Ensures proper selection, hiring and training of personnel;
  • Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness and effects organizational change in the HRAD.
Administration Management:
  • Oversees and directs the administrative operations of the company;
  • Ensures all departments are coordinated and activities are running smoothly and effectively;
  • Ensures smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations;
  • Plans operational budgets, monitors costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation;
  • Monitors and find ways in reducing operational costs such as electricity, water, office supplies, operation supplies and equipment and other expenses;
  • Oversees facilities services and maintenance activities;
  • Monitors outsource personnel such as under-agency employees and security guards, specifically, the proper and effective implementation of the terms and conditions of their respective contracts;
  • Manages the renewals of business licenses and permits, insurances, company’s various registrations and certifications.
  • Ensures all insurance claims are well facilitated and coordinated with the insurance companies;
  • Oversees the maintenance of the facilities such as the building, equipment, and the like; and
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
  • Male/Female, Preferably Female
  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s Degree Holder of Human Resource Management or its related field.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Administrative practices and interpersonal relations techniques necessary in the discharge of function;
    • Laws, rules and principles governing Human Resource and Administrative management; and 
    • Management principles and practices and variety of human resource and administrative programs.
  • Ability to:
    • Estimate the cost of repair
    • Promote and Sell 
    • Capable in designing and customizing units
    • Pursued customer
  • Experiences:
    • At least three (3) years of Management related experience or five (5) years Supervisory related experience or its equivalent.
  • Skills:
    • In mediating disputes, resolving conflicts and negotiating resolutions;
    • In developing and implementing programs;
    • In presentation of ideas and concepts orally and in writing;
    • In identifying and analyzing problems and identifying solutions; and 
    • In dealing well with employees and clients (Social Relations Skills)
