This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with outstanding business development acumen and operations management experience.
Since 2010 Accounting Asia GMS has been providing labor dispatch and outsourced employment services (known as EOR, or PEO ) in countries across Asia for multinational clients. To support our current expansion, we are seeking an Asia Regional Business Development/Sales/Operations Manager, based in Shanghai. Ahead of the trend, for the past 8 years, our whole team globally have been home based, offering optimal efficiency for the company, and work-life balance to our team.
  • Design and implement sales/marketing/business development strategies, plans and procedures including SEO, SEM ,content /e mail marketing, telesales. Achieve optimal ROI and sales revenue growth and manage successful rebranding program.  
  • Manage diverse regional operations of internal and outsourced teams providing payroll, visa, employment and relocation services in 12 countries around Asia for global clients to optimise service to our clients and achieve profit and growth targets.
  • Manage multinational team working remotely around Asia to achieve maximum performance and dedication, and establish policies that promote company culture and vision. Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process, efficiency and customer service improvement.
  • Manage expansion activities in tandem with CEO ( entity establishment in new jurisdictions, new service provider and partner alliances etc.), maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and service providers globally.
  • Proven track record of success in direct, remote, and online business development and sales, revenue generation in outsourced services or relocation industry.
  • Experience as COO or multi-function role managing business functions such as HR, Finance, customer support, sales, marketing, vendor management etc.
  • Highly organized manager capable of broad range of operations as head of a small team, with strong leadership ability and hands-on approach.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development operations and regulatory / compliance issues
  • Experience in PEO / Labor dispatch / Payroll or other outsourced services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving for existing and potential issues.
  • Business acumen to drive sustainable business growth
  • International business experience
  • Outstanding English communication skills
Preferred qualifications
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus. Understanding of PEO/EOR, labor dispatch, immigration, payroll and tax services and regulations an advantage. 
  • Chinese language ability a plus
