Customer Service Representative for a Pharmaceutical Account
4 month contract (Chance to be regularized)
Up to 24,000 salary per month + Huge incentives per month!
We will provide a completion bonus of 10,000
Nightshift with 10% night differential
Start ASAP on October 23 and 30 
 
What will this role entail?
  • Inbound team receiving calls from our members and are responsible for processing the refill of their medication (usually medications are sent to the patient's address).
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve on the first call, customer service inquires and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs such as medicine order processing, medicine delivery status, and eligibility and claims.
  • Help guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics to include managing their health and well-being.
  • Intervene with care providers (doctor's offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with the approval of their prescription for mail order service.
  • Own problem through to resolution on behalf of the customer in real time or through comprehensive and timely follow-up with the member.
  • Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues.
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4 year course (No Experience needed)
