TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER TEAM LEAD
 
Schedule: Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
 
Salary offered is Php 30,000 with PHP 20,000 SIGNING BONUS!
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Technical Support Team Lead experience.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical background with excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must have hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide above-and-beyond service to customers, assisting with all technical and product-related queries.
  • Become an expert in service offerings and a knowledge center for both customers and internal teams.
  • Lead ad-hoc projects to improve service and increase the productivity and efficiency of the team.
  • Document and share your knowledge by creating internal articles as well as self-help guides for customers.
  • Liaise with other departments and product teams about our users’ needs.
