Is currently looking for:
  • Candidate must possess at least AB or BS Psychology Graduate, or Equivalent
  • Preferably 2-4 Years Experienced in all areas of Human Resource specializing in RECRUITMENT, PAYROLL, COMPENSATION and BENEFITS, COUNSELLING, DISCPLINING and GOVERNMENT LABOR LAWS
  • Can work under pressure and has the initiative in making sound judgement under different conditions
  • Highly motivated and a team player
  • Strong work ethics, trustworthy, highly organized, hardworking and good in interpersonal relations
  • Enthusiastic, positive and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to coordinate and work simultaneously on multiple project and tasks 
  • Ability to prepare reports in a timely manner; analytical and keen to details
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Mature and able to relate with people in various level of organization
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Tayud, Consolcaion
  • Or must be residing in Liloan or nearby municipality

  • Provides general assistance on human resources functions 
  • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations to ensure that policies, procedures, and reports are complied
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisor and management and work-related issues for efficient operations  
  • Maintained and organize employees 201 file and messengers and drivers itinerary
  • Ensures and coordinate with safety officers for employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting and services
  • Monitor contracts, vehicles, and operations of all projects on HR related concerns 
  • Perform other related duties as required by Supervisor
  • Responsible for government report compliance 
  • Prepare meetings, and taking detailed minutes, appointments, and special events 
  • Process statutory requirement and enrollment with BIR, SSS, Philhealth and HDMF
  • Company employee communication
  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HRD
