Our company is immediately in need of competent and dynamic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:
 
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
 
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least any four-year course (preferably business or political science)
  • Good communication skills, Business writing, Attention to details, Ability to organize and multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferably with less than 1 year experience specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO9001: 2015
  • Prepares Government transaction bid documents
  • Provide support to ensure that contract agreements executed between Conequip Philippines Inc. and clients or suppliers are precise and protective of the company’s rights and interests.
  • Reports to the Branch Head/Sales Fulfillment Manager
  • Prepare and draft Lease Contracts, MOA, Deed of Sales and other documents for execution.
  • Receiving, recording and storing of documents from Clients/Suppliers.
  • Prepare Contracts Checklist and Contract key point’s summary.
  • Tracks the contracts and transactions accurately and submits reports on a timely manner.
  • Ensures that the team keeps as follows the document and records policy.
  • Maintains an active inventory of records and documents.
  • Responsible for the initial review of contracts using contracts checklist as guide
  • Conducts project compliance audits
  • Books ticket for travel
  • Handles company vehicle logs
  • And other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
