CLM/CLTJ operates to help disadvantaged children and low-income families through different programs including but not limited to sponsorship, feedings, food and clothing assistance, educational, community service, building support groups, etc. We are a non-profit, non-denominational Christian charity organization founded out of love to help and impact other lives and influence them to do the same wherever and whatever field they are in. We stand on the principles and precepts from the Bible.
We strive to do more and moving forward towards excellence as we create and build more programs that would touch and change many more lives especially children and youth so they can be directed to their God-given destinies.  
Is currently looking for:
1 Year or less Experience
  • Reports directly to Admin/President & performs administrative duties for the Admin/President
  • Weekly, monthly, yearly reports and other reports that may need to be in MSOffice (Word/Excel/Ppt/Photo/Video) 
  • Keeps and maintains the filing of important documents of the Admin/President 
  • Maintains and coordinates arrangements for the Admin/President, ensuring information and/or changes as well as matters requiring immediate attention are being relayed properly
  • Innovative and always thinking forward and continuous improvement  (whether self, organization, area of work, etc)
  • Contact and talk to people in an orderly and professional manner
  • Other ad-hoc duties 
  • Preferably a graduate in Office Admin, Business, or any related course 
  • Fresh graduates may apply as long as teachable and trainable and very familiar with office works already
  • Knowledgeable in MSOffice Tools
  • Excellent in written and oral communication 
  • Dependable, honest, and has sense of integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills 
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
  • Commitment to excellence as we grow and move forward
  • Very organized and goal-oriented, ability to manage the completion of multiple tasks
  • Preferably has a Christian background
  • Willing to work in a home office of the Admin/President in Marian Village, Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu --- Office hours:  8am to 5pm, M-F
