HR GENERALIST
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administer orientation, implementation and compliance to the company’s policies and procedures and employee code of conduct
  • Obtain and request temporary personnel from manpower agencies
  • New employee tour to all offices and branches
  • Circulation and filling of HRAD memorandum and general documents
  • Monitor attendance (absences, tardiness & leaves)
  • Monitor and update of Bulletin Boards
  • Monitor and supervise In-House utilization and issuance of first aid medicine
  • Responsible for formulation, safekeeping, cascading, implementation & tracking of Policies
  • Support function of processing Government contributions
  • Succession Planning and Employee Replacement of resignation and retirement.
  • Conducts training needs analysis of staff and management team
  • Conduct activity evaluations for each training conducted
  • Assists HRD Manager in conduct of disciplinary actions and employee discipline
  • Arrange schedules and facilitates general assemblies and meetings 
  • Conducts house visitations when necessary
  • Lead company events such as company outing, Christmas party, sports fest, etc.
  • Provide assistance to HRAD meeting schedules and requirements
  • Posting of vacancies internally, online, newspaper, schools, etc.
  • Call and coordinate applicants interview schedule
  • New employee tour to all offices and branches
  • Responsible for updating employee database and safekeeping of 201 Files
  • Monitor and process employee clearances and personal accountabilities.
  • Follow-up & update employee status (Trainee, Probationary, Resigned & etc.)
  • Full monitoring and regular administration of Performance Evaluation Program to all employees.
  • Assists review of performance result with department heads.
  • Monitor and process employee clearances and personal accountabilities.
  • Overall in-charge of company uniform & identification card.
  • Perform other related task and duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College graduate with background in human resources management , psychology
  • With proficient knowledge and at least 1-2 years experience in human resources and training and development
  • With teaching and effective counselling skills
  • With effective and proficient verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposals
  • Demonstrate personal attributes to confidentiality, integrity, standard of conduct, respect, flexibility, sensitivity and other related work ethics
Range salary 11,000- 14,000- 8hours duty from 8:00AM to 5:00pm
