Job Description:
 
Scope of Work:
 
Manage the following People Operations pipelines:
  • Employee Onboarding
  • Ensures job offer, training agreement, and contracts are prepared prior new hire’s start date.
  • Conducts background checks and verification.
  • Ensures completion of the pre-employment medical exam.
  • Facilitates New Employee Orientation (NEO)
  • Employee Offboarding
  • In charge of processing inactive employee’s offboarding.
  • Ensures completion of the exit clearance process.
  • Ensures timely release of final pay.
  • Employee Care and Experience
  • Manages the Company’s ticketing system.
  • Responds to employee tickets and provides resolution in a timely manner.
  • Employee Discipline
  • Handles disciplinary cases.
  • Creates and serves disciplinary documents (Notice to Explain, Notice of Decision).
  • Ensures completion of disciplinary cases in a timely manner.
Note: Scope of work is based on the team’s current need. People Operations and Experience Team ensures that every member has the ability to work on all functions and sections of Human Resources. Work assignments change as per the need of the department. Every member will be supported to ensure success in the role.
