HR SPECIALIST
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing the Human Resources department and its day-to day operations
  • Manages recruitment, compensation and benefits (including payroll), labor relations, organization development and training, performance management, employee welfare and other vital HR functions
  • Designs, sets up and institutionalizes HR-functional systems, policies and procedures, including performance management
  • Represents the Company in cases of labor dispute and acts as a point person between the Management and employees
  • Communicates company goals and objectives, directions, policies and organizational changes to employees
  • Conducts leadership training and other functional training programs to employees
  • Designs and recommends employee welfare programs and activities to foster teamwork and cultivate a high-performance culture
  • Performs organizational checks from time to time and provides recommendation to Management to optimize manpower efficiency and performance
  • Ensures effective filing and retrieval of personnel records
Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any-business-related course
  • Must have at least 3 years extensive experience in HR management, as a manager or supervisor
  • Must have a full grasp and appreciation of all facets of HR function in an organization
  • With working knowledge in recruitment and labor relations (basic employment/labor laws)
  • With exposure in compensation and benefits design and implementation, including performance management
  • Possesses a strong business sense, analytical, and with proven problem-solving skills
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication ability and effective leadership skills
