JOB DESCRIPTION
 
The HR Specialist is responsible for implementing and ensuring the efficient delivery of HR initiatives and activities. We are looking for a talented, experienced, and smart individual who enjoys working in a highly collaborative team setting in a fast-paced environment.
 
The HR Specialist should be able to perform the end-to-end recruitment processes,  develop employer brand strategy, help in crafting company policies, plan and implement employee engagement programs, facilitate the learning and development initiatives for continuous improvement of employees.
 
Additionally, the HR Specialist will work closely with the Admin assistant and Finance Analyst to support the executive office.
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience working with different facets in Human Resource; preferably as HR Business Partner
  • Strong background and experience in End-to-end recruitment
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment dashboards, job portals, and other recruitment best practices
  • Ability to perform innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
  • Ability to conduct and facilitate learning sessions, training, and presentations.
  • Excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail. 
  • Proactive, take-charge attitude.
  • Demonstrated capacity for independent initiative. 
  • Proficiency in Google Suite Applications
  • Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently. 
  • Familiarity with FLSA  is a plus
  • Experience in Marketing and startup environment a plus.
